Some money is moving into commercial real estate; I don't feel the economy is about to boom, but what I think is happening is the rich people have decided that this is somewhat the bottom of the economy, so they're willing to invest knowing this is as good of a deal as they're going to get. I was getting two or three contracts a month for a while. Now I have like seven or eight contracts for the upcoming months. I will be working everyday probably going to two sites in one day sometimes

Thank you, Just FYI we localize pays $3 per hour, Tellus hires only in the US pay rate is very low, the next rep is only for the US, Literably no vacancies, and fancy hands are only for US citizens, please mention the countries in the beginning, because I ended up filling all the formats and applications only to realize and after investing a lot of time, that I am not eligible to apply, false hope, waste of my time, also forced to watch the video which is not even applicable in my country, please mention in your videos REMOTE US ONLY so I don't have to invest my time & energy answering so many questions in the application and be disappointed in the end. thank you

Try to find a company that has good work lofe balance and a decent salary...a job with low salary and good work life only goes so far. It will be good for a time, but as inflation grows, the less money you will have, and with a lower salary, it will hot you hard. I guess the alternative is to pick up a second job or freelance in the same field...which is difficult with people you have to take care of...speaking from experience
